As usual, we had plenty of opportunities to get together this month at the Sunday brunches and the Wednesday lunches. Pretty good crowds. For example, 19 came to brunch on Dec. 12.
Frontsteppers has been meeting over at Countryside Mall weekly. Would like to get some more Lambdans doing that other than the 4 usuals. Hey guys, exercise is good in walking off all the food. ;)
December was also a big party month due to the holidays. Our Christmas party occurred during the monthly meeting. It was a potluck and gift exchange. Then there was a birthday dinner party during which the birthday guest was ill. (That was me, unfortunately.) But everyone else enjoyed themselves, I understand. Then Christmas eve get together at Tony's - lots of good food and drink followed by a Christmas dinner gathering at Howard and Russ's. Finally, we had a New Year's Eve party gathering at the Rec Center which was enjoyed by all.
