Beach Party! Lambda Lounge. Don your bathing suit and flip flops and come on down for some cool drinks and beach music with your friends. Bring something to share. Since school is starting up soon, we will have a box to collect school supplies for needy kids. Your donations are appreciated.

A note about condos at On Top of the World
As Lambda Club president, I get occasional inquiries about On Top of the World condos. There are condos for sale and for rent here. There are 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR units. Most are 2BR which is what I have.
OTOW has an onsite agency that lists many of the units.
Link to agency Choose the Clearwater office. There are a range of prices and floor plans, so take time to look through the different listings. Many condos are also listed independently. Information on them can be obtained through local real estate agencies.
Hope that helps. I've lived here for seven years and really enjoy it. There are two golf courses. Greens fees are included in the condo fee. I learned to play golf here. Also two large pools and clubhouses with lots of activities going on and a nice fitness center. For dog lovers, your best friend is welcome, and there's even a dog park. Cats are ok too, of course.
