About condos at On Top of the World
I'm not in the real estate business, but do get occasional inquiries about On Top of the World condos. There are condos for sale and for rent here. There are 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR units. Probably most are 2BR which is what I have.
OTOW has an onsite agency that lists many of the units. Go to http://palmacrerealestate.com/ Choose the Clearwater office. There are a range of prices and floor plans, so take time to look through the different listings. If you'd like to have your own realtor, I can recommend an agent - call Howard at 727-515-1931.
Hope that helps. I've lived here for seven years and really enjoy it. There are two golf courses. Greens fees are included in the condo fee. I learned to play golf here. Also two large pools and clubhouses with lots of activities going on and a nice fitness center. For dog lovers, your best friend is welcome, and there's even a dog park. Cats are ok too, of course.
